No. Our quotes list freight, surcharges, clearance and delivery charges clearly. Duties and taxes set by customs authorities are shown as estimates and charged at cost.
We ship worldwide by air and sea through our global partner network, and by road across the UAE and the GCC.
Yes. You receive milestone updates from pickup through delivery, and we share carrier tracking references for air waybills, bills of lading and containers.
Yes. We can arrange all-risk cargo insurance for your shipment. Ask for an insurance quote along with your freight quote.
Yes. We handle export and import clearance in the UAE and coordinate clearance at destination through our partners, and clearance is also available as a standalone service.
Incoterms (such as EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP) define who pays for and is responsible for each stage of the shipment. Choosing the right one affects your total cost and risk, and our team can advise on the best option.
Many regulated goods can be shipped with the correct packaging, documentation and permits. Contact us with the product details and safety data sheet (SDS) and we will confirm.
Most air freight shipments arrive within 1–5 days depending on the route, service level and customs procedures. Express services can deliver on the next available flight.
Air freight is charged on chargeable weight, which is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 6000). Share your dimensions and we will send an exact quote.
Yes. We handle classified dangerous goods in line with IATA DGR, including correct packing, labelling and Shipper’s Declaration.
FCL (Full Container Load) means you use a whole container for your cargo. LCL (Less-than-Container Load) means your goods share a container with other shippers, so you only pay for the cubic metres you use.
LCL is usually more economical for shipments under about 13–15 cubic metres. Above that, a dedicated 20ft container often costs the same or less and transits faster.
Yes. We can collect from your supplier, clear customs at both ends and deliver to your warehouse, or simply handle the port-to-port leg.
We cover all seven emirates of the UAE and cross-border routes to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Other destinations can be arranged on request.
Typical transit times to Riyadh or Dammam are 2–4 days including border clearance, depending on cargo type and documentation.
Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and certificate of origin. Some goods also need permits or approvals. We will confirm the exact list for your shipment.
Yes. Customs clearance is available as a standalone service for any air, sea or land shipment.
Yes. We offer storage by the day, week or month with no long-term commitment required.
Yes. We receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch e-commerce orders and coordinate last-mile delivery and returns.
Project cargo is any shipment that is oversized, very heavy, high-value or made up of many components that must arrive in sequence for a specific project, such as machinery, plant equipment and steel structures.
Yes. We obtain the necessary road permits and arrange escort vehicles and route surveys where needed.
